I haven't played Warriors of the North yet, but the other two are quite good, armoured princess and the other one. One of the best games I've played I think. Imagine if then Ubisoft got bought by EA, now you have to use Steam to run the Uplay thing that runs the EA thing.
Otherwise it's a matter of chasing the rabbit, so to speak. For the convenience of having erything under a single roof. I certainly can go without the multiplayer features so I said "let's try it!".Īfter putting the offline option, fired it up and yey! the game was loading without the UPlay crap!. If you search through the forums you can see a lot of people having problems and I am not the exception.Īfter seeing the UPlay crap, I searched high and low how to avoid this and found that a common workaround is to use "-offline" in the launch options. I hope this can be of help to anyone considering to buy this product.
